Went in for an estimate on replacing an ac compressor that a previous shop told me I needed replaced. I don't know a ton about ac systems in cars, but the gentleman I talked to explained things in an easy to understand way that didn't feel condescending. He was very honest about why he couldn't give me a very accurate estimate without seeing the car and knowing exactly what was going wrong with it, but did give me an range on a "worst case scenario." It was a little higher than I'd been quoted at other shops, but the customer service was excellent and he didn't seem the least bothered to take the time to discuss the issue and answer questions, and he seemed very knowledgeable. It's the first shop I've ever experienced truly outstanding customer service at, so I decided that when I was ready to have the repairs I would use their shop. A few days later my compressor failed completely and shredded my serpentine belt, so I took it to them for repairs. It definitely ended up being a worst case scenario, and the work took a little longer than I'd have liked, though this was mostly due to timing over weekends and me taking too long making a decision to go ahead with the repairs, so I take the blame for that one. I feel like I got what I paid for, everyone I talked to throughout the process was very friendly and professional, so even though I might have saved a little money going somewhere else, I feel like I would not have received the same quality of service. Will definitely use in the future. Also, I think they cleaned out my nasty cup holders, so that's a definite plus 😂
